Return/Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Inkit Online, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original sales invoice and within 7 days of purchase. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as software and custom products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@inkit.co.za with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your items.
4. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [customer service email].
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@inkit.co.za and send your item to: Wondersolutions Inkit – Cnr R59 & Johan Le Roux Rd, Meyerton Park, Meyerton, 1961.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
9. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
